Sophomore shines bright

While most of the 10th-graders in America still have no idea about their future plans after graduation, sophomore Michelle Nguyen has it all planned out.
What is one word that describes your life? Content.
How would you describe the school? Very competitive in almost all aspects.
What is your favorite movie? Percy Jackson – Sea of Monsters.
What is your favorite genre of music? Singer/Songwriter.
What is your favorite color? Gold.
What is your favorite sport? I like to watch MMA.
Who is your hero? [My] Older sister because she went through a lot as child, but she’s gotten past that.
What is your favorite type of literature? I like plays and musicals.
What is your greatest fear? Being trapped in a small space and dying there.
What is your favorite class? Principles of Health Science because the human body is amazing. There’s so much to learn. It’s basic things you need to know if you are going into the medical field.
What is your favorite food? Wings.
What is your least favorite color? Orange.
Where would you like to go in the near future? I’d like to go to Europe.
What is your favorite animal? Giraffe.
If you can be an animal for a day, who would you be? I’d like to be a giraffe to see how it feels to be taller.
Who is your role model? Sierra Deaton. She’s such a beautiful person inside and out. She’s really sweet, humble, generous, and loving. She takes great photos too.
What do you do in your spare time? I nap.
Who do you look up to? Rebeca Pham, Dianne Silagan and Jacqueline La Perna. They are amazing artists and very kind to everyone.
What is your favorite club in the school? Interact Club.
Who is your favorite celebrity? Ed Sheeran.
What is your goal after completing high school? My goal is to go to Rome.
What college do you plan to attend? Probably UT because I’ve been told multiple times by close family friends that the school has good programs. Especially if I want to go into the medical field.
Where do you see your future? Well I don’t really know where I see myself yet. Hopefully I’ll be in medical school.
What are your involvements in the school? Interact Club, Student Council, Tri M, Spansh NHS, HOSA and Feminist Club.
