Senior Night After Prom (SNAP) will host a Parent Fun Gala Sunday, Nov. 9 at Swanny’s Bar and Grill as a senior class fundraiser. The event will last from 4 to 8 p.m.

“We will have a buffet style dinner, games and prizes for the parents and football on the big screen,” chairman of the event LaDonna Barbee said.

As an event open to all, those interested in the event can purchase tickets in advance or at the door for $25. Proceeds will go to the SNAP fundraising account. Barbee said SNAP hopes through the success of the Gala, parents of seniors will have a better understanding and more interest in future fundraising events.

“We would love to raise as much money as possible to help fund the SNAP program this year and hope the parents have fun in the process,” Barbee said. “We hope that after they see and experience the fun at the Parent Gala Event, they want to participate in other fundraising events with SNAP.”
